The Iron Falls saga

You know, I probably should rename the saga as the Never Ending Story, but alas that's been done. After another rewrite the story, and an added bit to the title (opted to call the first story Iron Falls: The Enemy Within) is in the hands of three beta readers, where it'll go to the reviewer for a second look. Then, off to get thoroughly proofed via e-Quill Publishing and hopefully publication. Admittedly, the waiting is getting to me, and am getting withdrawal symptoms of sorts. My mate and fellow writer, Nigel Gillson, has encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and write outside my usual genre of choice - which I am, and as side projects it's coming along prettily. Thing is, it's still a side project.

I've promised myself at least three to four stories centering on Gene Bukowski's adventures in Yster Falles, a fictional safety zone turned into the symbolic capital of a new Afrikaner nation in the early 22nd century. But a part of me can't go onto the next one until the first one is complete.
